As the leaves turn and the days shorten, autumn invites us to gather what we've grown this year and prepare for the quieter season ahead. Many of us feel the pull to pause after months of outward energy and expansion — it's time to harvest our experiences, release what no longer serves, and begin the gentle turn inward.
This day retreat is lovingly designed for women ready to slow right down, honour the cycle of letting go, and nurture themselves under the new moon's soft invitation to reset. Come home to your inner wisdom, refill your reserves, and step lightly into the darker months with renewed clarity and peace.

I am so happy to be starting the next in person sacred circle in Takapuna, Auckland on the
14th January, weekly there after.
This is an open to all genders circle.
It is a highlight of my life to be with like-hearted souls in circle, sharing, learning,
be-ing, growing and all that comes with that.. the laughter, the tears. Sitting with each other, supportive and holding space for each other is a deeply transformative gift we share together.
